Does Lovely Promise provide home care services for someone living in non-traditional home settings, such as an assisted living facility or nursing home?

Yes, Lovely Promise provides home care services wherever a client calls “home”. Our Care Managers will meet with the family to conduct a thorough assessment and develop a care plan that best meets the needs of the client and the environment in which they reside.

How much does home care cost?

Home care is the best value and most comprehensive form of care available. If you aren’t sure if you can afford the services you want, Lovely Promise can arrange an economical solution, by calculate the fewest number of hours needed for your care plan.

Is there an hourly minimum for service?

Yes. Depending on the specific type of care you require, the hour minimums may vary. We encourage you to contact us to inquire about your specific needs.

What are Lovely Promise hours of operations?

Lovely Promise office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except for major holidays). However, a staff member is available by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you with urgent care or staffing needs.

Can I cancel my services at any time?

At Lovely Promise, we aim to keep our services as flexible as possible. You are not obligated to use our services for a specified period of days; you may cancel services or a scheduled shift with a 24-hour notice. If you have more questions about this, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
